Founder and Managing Director of SECURICO, one of Zimbabwe’s largest security companies. SECURICO is a market leader in guarding services and innovative electronic security solutions. She employs over  3400 people and makes millions in revenues. The company was also the first security company in Zimbabwe to achieve an International Organisation for Standardisation certificate. The company won the Legatum Africa Awards for Entrepreneurship in 2011 and 11 more national awards since its existence. What’s even more remarkable about her accomplishments is that she succeeded in a male dominated industry in a time when Zimbabwe was it its worst economically and politically.
